Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Account Manager to spearhead new client acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new B2B accounts through cold outreach, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and presenting impactful service solutions. You'll operate within a protected territory and benefit from a robust, hands-on training program to ensure you're fully prepared to succeed and grow.

What You Can Expect

  • Drive new business development in the B2B sector by identifying and closing high-potential accounts

  • Engage and convert company-generated leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups

  • Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and deliver persuasive, value-focused presentations

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets using a consultative and solution-based approach

  • Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience

  • A motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • Confident in cold calling, proposal delivery, and contract negotiation

  • Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and digital tools for sales operations
