B2B Sales Account Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Account Manager to spearhead new client acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new B2B accounts through cold outreach, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and presenting impactful service solutions. You'll operate within a protected territory and benefit from a robust, hands-on training program to ensure you're fully prepared to succeed and grow.
What You Can Expect
Drive new business development in the B2B sector by identifying and closing high-potential accounts
Engage and convert company-generated leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups
Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and deliver persuasive, value-focused presentations
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets using a consultative and solution-based approach
Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience
A motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Confident in cold calling, proposal delivery, and contract negotiation
Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and digital tools for sales operations
