Overview:
We're seeking a results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Account Manager to lead new business development efforts. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and closing new B2B accounts through cold outreach, consultative selling, and strategic follow-up. You'll manage a protected territory and receive extensive training, support, and resources to help you succeed—all while earning uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do:
Drive strategic new business development within your assigned territory
Engage and convert company-provided leads through timely, value-based outreach
Qualify prospective clients and schedule consultative appointments
Deliver tailored presentations that address customer needs and demonstrate value
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through disciplined pipeline management
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For:
6+ months of B2B sales experience
A driven “hunter” mentality with strong closing skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Confident in cold calling, presenting, and negotiating with business leaders
Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and digital tools
